Production of glazed cheeses

Curd cheese is a sweet dessert dairy product. Vanilla, plum, cocoa and other flavors are produced.
Popular in the Baltic countries.

Glazed curd cheeses are formed in the shape of a bar, covered with chocolate or other colored glaze.

The first glazed cheeses were packed in foil, the shelf life of these cheeses did not exceed 3 days. After the introduction of hermetic packaging, it became possible to extend the shelf life of cheese up to 15
days in the refrigerator and 60 days after freezing it in a shock chamber without preservatives.
